Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at myshop1996@hotmail.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to change or cancel it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely.
Shipping
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered in 7–12 business days. See our Shipping page for details.
How much is shipping?
€6.99 in Spain (free on orders over €55), €8.99 in the EU and €12.99 for the rest of the world.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items with tags attached. See our Returns & Exchanges page.
Can I exchange a size?
Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size you need.

Is your leather real?
No. Our leather jackets are made with vegan leather. No animals involved, all the attitude.
How do I care for vegan leather?
Wipe it with a damp cloth, let it air dry and store it on a hanger. Don't machine wash, tumble dry or iron it.
Will sold-out items come back?
Some will, some won't. Follow @wearscandal and join our list to be the first to know.
