Every order is prepared with care and shipped with tracking.
Delivery times
- Processing: 1–3 business days.
- Delivery: 7–12 business days after your order ships.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During drops and sales, delivery can take a little longer.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number and a link to follow it.
Customs
Orders shipped within the EU do not pay customs. For orders outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may apply. These are set by your country and are paid by the customer on delivery.
Something wrong with your delivery?
If your tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days or your parcel arrives damaged, email us at myshop1996@hotmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
