Returns & Exchanges
Changed your mind? No drama. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
- For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of items that show signs of wear, makeup, perfume or deodorant.
How to return
- Email us at myshop1996@hotmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the parcel with a tracked service and keep the receipt.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered. In that case, we cover the return.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are refunded only if you return your full order. You'll get an email when your refund is processed.
Exchanges
Need a different size? The fastest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size you want, so you don't miss it before it sells out.
Damaged or wrong item?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Our 30-day return window includes and extends this right.
